摘要
对金属酞菁制备实验中的加热方式、尿素用量及粗产品的纯化过程进行了探究。将传统实验中用马弗炉加热改变成用酒精灯加热,便于在实验室条件简陋的情况下也能够成功合成出金属酞菁。对实验过程中尿素的用量进行探究,发现当尿素的用量为1. 75 g时的实验效果最好。将传统实验中的粗产品纯化过程改为研磨之后再洗涤,得到了纯度更高的产品。
The heating mode, the amount of urea and the purification process of crude product in the preparation experiment of metallic phthalocyanine were investigated. The heating in a muffle furnace in traditional experiment was changed to heating with an alcohol lamp, so that the metallic phthalocyanine could be synthesized successfully under the condition of simple laboratory condition. The study on the amount of urea in the process of the experiment was found that the experiment had the best effect when the amount of urea was 1.75 g. The purification process of crude product in traditional experiment was changed to grinding and then washing, and the product with higher purity was obtained.
