摘要
化学沉淀除磷法是抑制水体富营养化以及从废水中回收磷资源的有效手段。拟采用化学沉淀法除去工业废水中存在的磷酸盐。实验结果表明利用硅酸钙和硫酸铝作为沉淀剂时,除磷率分别为76.12%和64.03%,此时废水中磷酸盐浓度仍保持在较高水平。当利用硫酸铁作为除磷剂时,在合适的条件下除磷率高达85.6%,且废水中的磷酸盐浓度可由683 mg/L降低至98 mg/L:硫酸铁用量n(Fe/P)=1.0,反应温度为50℃,反应时间20 min。
Chemical phosphorus removal is an effective approach to control eutrophication and recycle phosphorous resource from wastewater. Chemical precipitation method was used to remove the phosphate in the industrial wastewater. The results showed that the removal efficiencies of phosphate were 76.12% and 64.03% with the adding of CaSiO3 and (SO4) 3· 18H2O, respectively. The concentration of phosphate in the wastewater was still high. When the Fe2( SO4) 3 was used to remove phosphate, the removal efficiency of phosphate was up to 85.6% and the concentration of phosphate in the water was decreased from 683 mg/L to 98 mg/L under the optimal conditions: dosage of Fe2 (SO4)3 of n (Fe/P) = 1.0, reaction time of 50 ℃ and reaction time of 20 min.
