摘要
通过索氏提取法对刺梨进行种子油提取,并将种子油添加到雪花膏的制备中。以硬脂酸、甘油、十六醇和单硬脂酸甘油酯为主要组分,进行正交试验并选择得到最优的雪花膏配方,从而制备出具有刺梨子油的雪花膏。对其测定10%水溶液的p H值、耐寒性、吸湿性、再润湿性和耐热性,得出测定的数据都达到或接近市场销售的雪花膏产品,这为使传统的雪花膏成为有时代气息的护肤化妆品探索出一条新的途径。
Rosa roxburghii Yratt seed oil was extracted by Soxhlet extraction method, and it was added to the formula of vanishing cream. The rosa roxburghii Tratt seed oil vanishing cream was prepared by the orthogonal experiment with stearic acid, glycerine, cetyl alcohol, stearin as the main component. The optimal preparation conditions were selected by orthogonal experiment program, vanishing cream with the prickly pear seed oil was prepared. 10% aqueous solution pH, cold resistance, hygroscopic, rewettability and heat resistance in the experiment were determined. The results showed that all the above tested data were at or near the level of the current commercially vanishing cream. It explored a new way to make the traditional cold cream the skin care cosmetic with period flavor.
