摘要
由于钢材在高温下强度下降明显,膨胀型钢结构防火涂料一直以来都是研究的热点。该涂料的膨胀体系由酸源、碳源和气源组成,在发生火灾时体系受热发泡膨胀,包覆在钢结构表面隔绝热量。高软化点的松香改性树脂因具有增黏、软化、防潮及防腐等特性,添加进配方中可改善受热膨胀外形。本实验通过讨论不同牌号、不同添加量松香树脂对配方的影响,确定了添加0. 7%的422松香树脂对涂料的各方面性能提升最明显。
The intumescent fire-retardant coating of steel structure has always been a hot field since the decreasing of the strength of the steel structure under high temperature. This expansion system consists of acid somme, carbon source and gas. It is heated and inflated in fire, covering the surface of the steel structure to isolate heat. The resin modified by rosin with high softening point has many properties such as viscosity increasing, softening, moisture resistance and antisepsis, etc. It can improve the properties of the paint expansion profile with the addition of this resin. It was determined that the addition of 422 resin up to 0.7 % had the most obvious improvement in all aspects of the performance of the coating by discussing the influences of different grades and different amounts of rosin resin on the coating formulation.
