ICP-MS快速测定尿液中的总碘含量

摘要 以TMAH和曲拉通混合溶液作为稀释剂,直接稀释尿液样品,并以碲作为内标元素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定尿液中总碘含量。该方法中:标准曲线线性相关度为1. 000;检出限为0. 32μg/L;短期稳定性为0. 70%(RSD);长期稳定性为0. 77%(RSD);加标回收率分别为95. 27%及91. 20%。同时以2 h内不间断进样方式,考察50μg/L的碲内标元素的稳定性,发现其回收率最低降至79. 51%。实验结果表明,该方法适合尿液中总碘的快速、大批量检测。 The determination of total iodine in urine was developed by direct dilution combined with ICP-MS. The direct dilution was achieved by using TMAH and Triton X-100 as dilution solvent. The experimental study was conducted using urina sanguinis collected from human beings with the stability discussion of analyte and internal standard. Shortterm stability and long-term stability of iodine were 0.70% (RSD) and 0.77% (RSD), respectively. The stability of tellurium was decreased to 79.51% in 2 h with continuous sample inlet. Linear correlation factor, detection limit, precision and calculated recovery confirmed good performance of the procedure adopted.
