摘要
燃气管道因腐蚀穿孔等原因导致事故频发,一旦管道发生事故将会对环境、人员造成极大伤害。本文主要针对燃气管道进行夹具带压封堵工艺优化研究,首先基于现场数据和经验公式对直管夹具进行设计,再通过ANSYS软件建立夹具模型分析夹具及泄漏管道在注胶压力及管道内压作用下的应力分布,并利用有限元分析对夹具进行优化设计,最后采用现场试验对优化夹具力学可靠性及带压封堵有效性进行验证。
Due to corrosion perforation, gas pipeline accidents happen frequently. Once the pipeline accident occurs, it will cause groat damage to the environment and personnel. The research on the optimization pressure sealing process of the gas pipeline with clamp tape was mainly aimed at. The straight tube clamp was designed based on the field data and empirical formula. The clamp model was established by ANSYS software to analyze the clamp and stress distribution of the leakage pipe under the injection pressure and the internal pressure of the pipe, and the clamp was optimized by finite element analysis. The field test with pressure plugging was carried out to verify the mechanical reliability of the fixture and the effectiveness of pressure plugging.
