摘要
针对一起典型的屏蔽泵试车过程中发生的轴承损坏事件,从施工和操作进行多方面进行分析,发现故障主要原因是配管施工过程中,在线开孔火焊开孔作业时,部分焊瘤被带入泵腔,最后颗粒随循环管线进入后轴承端面,从而造成推力盘损坏。而在第一次维修时未进行全面分析,造成轴承二次损坏,最后通过合理分析,解决了轴向力过大问题,避免了故障再次发生,从而保证屏蔽泵稳定运行。
Aiming at a typical bearing damage event during the commissioning of a canned pump, the construction and operation were analyzed in many aspects. The main cause of the fault was found during the construction of the pipeline. When the online open hole fire welding operation was performed, part of the welding slag was carried into the pump cavity. The particle entered the rear bearing end face with the circulation line, thus causing the damage of thrust disk. In the first maintenance, there was no comprehensive analysis, resulting in secondary damage to the bearing. Finally, a reasonable analysis was pefformed to solve the problem of excessive axial force, avoid recurrence of the fault, and ensure the stable operation of the shield pump.
