《材料成型原理-金属塑性成型》课程教学改革

Teaching Reform of Principle of Material Forming-Metal Plastic Forming Course

金属塑性成型原理是材料成型与控制工程专业方向必修的专业基础课《材料成型原理》课程的核心内容之一。针对该课程内容包含知识量大、理论性较强以及与其他相关课程内容部分重复的性质,结合郑州大学该专业方向课时较少(只有约22学时或16小时)的特点,从课程的教学内容、教学方法、考核模式等方面进行了教学改革,提出了一些具体的改革措施,力争提高该课程内容的教学质量及效果。

Principle of Metal Plastic Forming is the core content of Principle of Materials Forming which is a required professional course for the students majoring in Material Forming and Control Engineering. The course content contains lots of theoretical knowledge and some repetitive contents with other related courses, and class time of the major direction in Zhengzhou University is very less （only about 16 h）. The teaching refonn was carried out from the aspects of teaching content, teaching method and assessment mode. Some concrete refonn measures were put forward to improve the teaching quality and effect of this content.
