纳吸绵联合自制硅胶管在鼻窦开放术后应用的效果研究

Effects of Nasopore combined with self-made silicone tube applied after sinus surgery

目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎鼻窦开放术后填塞物的选择及其应用效果。方法选取慢性鼻窦炎患者80例,随机分为两组,均行鼻内镜下开放鼻窦手术治疗,对照组术后术腔应用藻酸钙填塞,研究组应用纳吸棉联合自制硅胶管填塞,对比两组的治疗效果、出血情况、不适感及对治疗的满意度。结果研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P <0.05),出血情况显著少于对照组(P <0.05),患者不适感显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论纳吸棉联合自制硅胶管填塞可减轻开放鼻窦手术患者的术后出血及不适感,提高疗效,改善患者预后质量,应当在广泛应用。

Objective To explore the selection and effects of filling after sinus surgery in chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group. The two groups were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery. Calcium alginate filling was applied after the surgery, and Nasopore combined with self-made silicone tube was used in the study group. The effects, amount of bleeding, discomfort and satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effects in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05） and the discomfort was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nasopore combined with self-made silicone tube can relieve postoperative hemorrhage and discomfort in patients to receive sinus surgery, enhance effects and improve the quality＇ of patients/ prognosis, and should be widely applied.
