提升IC设计可靠性研究

摘要 IC设计高风险是IC行业的特点,而高可靠性设计可以保证IC实现高效率和准确性。基于此,首先阐述了保证高可靠性设计的基本规则,提出了一种新规则驱动型设计方案,在版图网层表和电路图网层表基础上进行规则衍生,对新规则进行规则验证,并得到最终规则定义。将该方案应用到汽车控制领域IC设计中,能及时发现重大违规情况,提升了IC设计可靠性。 The high risk of IC design is one of the characteristics of IC industry, and the highreliability design can guarantee the efficiency and accuracy of IC implementation. In this paper, thebasic rules of high reliability design are introduced, and a new rule-driven design scheme is proposedbased on the previous methods. On the basis of the layout table and network layer table, new rules arederived from existing rules. The new rules need to be validated and the final rule definition is obtained.The result of application in IC design in automobile control field show that the major violation can bedetected in time and the reliability of IC design is improved.
