预拌合水泥抗压强度的敏感度分析——以7 d标准养护为例

Sensitivity Analysis of Compressive Strength of Premixed Cement——A Case study of 7-Day standard Maintenance

用正交实验法设计预拌合普通硅酸盐水泥实验,对提高水泥试块抗压强度的预拌合水泥量、搅拌时间、搅拌速度和搅拌温度等主要因素进行敏感性分析,确定最优参数组合。结果表明:对于养护7d的水泥试块,搅拌温度最为敏感。

Orthogonal experiment method was used to design pre -mixed ordinary-portland cement experiments. The sensitivity of pre - hydrated cement volume, stirring time, stirring speed, stirring temperature and other major factors,was investigated to discuss the sensitivity analysis to determine the optimal combination of parameters. The result shows ：The cementing temperature is the most sensitive for the cement blocks with standard maintenance of 7 days.
