摘要
用正交实验法设计预拌合普通硅酸盐水泥实验,对提高水泥试块抗压强度的预拌合水泥量、搅拌时间、搅拌速度和搅拌温度等主要因素进行敏感性分析,确定最优参数组合。结果表明:对于养护7d的水泥试块,搅拌温度最为敏感。
Orthogonal experiment method was used to design pre -mixed ordinary-portland cement experiments. The sensitivity of pre - hydrated cement volume, stirring time, stirring speed, stirring temperature and other major factors,was investigated to discuss the sensitivity analysis to determine the optimal combination of parameters. The result shows :The cementing temperature is the most sensitive for the cement blocks with standard maintenance of 7 days.
