摘要
基于工程实际建立仿真分析模型,分别对大型焊接球网架屋盖施工时,滑移同步与滑移不同步两种工况下结构系统的变形和受力情况进行模拟。分析发现,网架滑移施工过程中,结构系统的受力及变形情况会不断变化;滑移同步时结构系统的变形量和杆件应力比远小于滑移不同步时,且水平变形量和杆件最大应力比相差尤为明显。因此,施工过程中应力求实现滑移过程中移动距离同步。
Based on the practical engineering, the simulation model is established. This paper simulate the stress and deformation of the structural system under the two conditions of synchronous slid and asynchronous slid in the construction of large weld ball - node space truss roof. The analysis shows that the stress and deformation of the structural system will change constantly during the construction of the space truss slip. Between the construction of synchronous slid and asynchronous slid,the former' s deformation of the structural system and the stress ratio of the bar are much smaller than which the latter' s. and the difference between the horizontal deformation and the maximum stress ratio is obvious. Therefore, during the construction process, we should strive to realize the synchronous slid.
