摘要
利用连续油管开发了一种多通道连续油管地面分层注水系统,其中3个通道由捆扎成束的连续油管的内部通道构成,铠装连续油管置于另一个连续油管之中,利用两者之间的间隙构成第4个通道。对连续油管进行了强度设计,并设计了相应的可钻桥塞、多功能密封接头、多通道分层注水井口以及相应的分层注水工艺,形成了一种多通道、多地层同时进行地面分层注水的技术,注水极限深度可达2 299 m。现场试验结果表明,该系统可解决常规地面分层注水层数少的技术难题,实现三层同时注水。所开发的可钻桥塞与插管密封配套技术可延长封隔器密封寿命,可简便、快捷地实现地面验封和分层水量地面调配等操作。
A multi-channel surface layered water injection system was constructed by using coiled tubing. Three of the channels consist of internal channels of three coiled tubings. Three coiled tubings are bundled together and placed within another coiled tubing, the gap between the two constitutes the fourth channel. Strength design of coiled tubings is carried out,and corresponding drillable bridge plug, multifunction sealing joint, multi-channel stratified water injection wellhead and corresponding stratified water injection technology are designed. A multi-channel and multi-layer simultaneous water injection technology is formed, and its water injection limit depth can reach 2 299 m. The field test results show that the system can realize three layers of simultaneous water injection. The developed drill- able bridge plug and intubation sealing matching technology can prolong the sealing life of packer, and can easily and quickly realize the operation of ground sealing inspection and the water flow rate allocation of every layers on the ground.
