电絮凝处理压裂返排液中絮体及气泡的分形成长特征

摘要 利用絮体分形理论阐述了电絮凝处理胍胶压裂返排液中颗粒絮体和气泡的分形成长特征,研究了电絮凝时间对其形成的影响,用分形维数表征了处理时间对二者的影响及变化规律。结果表明,絮体形态、气泡粒径与其分形维数之间呈良好的正相关性,絮体分形维数Df达到1. 90后稳定,絮体聚集更加紧实,易于沉降;气泡的分形维数Df快速达到2. 0后不随处理时间延长而变化,其当量圆直径为36. 1~49. 9μm,产生微气浮作用,强化了絮体的快速分离。 The fractal growth characteristics of granular flocs and bubbles in the treatment of guar gum fracturing flowback fluid are expounded based on floc fractal theory. The influence of electrocoagulation time on the formation of the flocs and bubbles is studied, and the relationship between processing time and the fractal dimension of flocs and bubbles was characterized. The results show that there is the positive correlation between the floc morphology, bubble size and their fractal dimension. After the fractal dimension of floc Df reaching 1.90, it becomes stable, the flocs are more compact and easier to settle. After the fractal dimension Df of bubbles rapidly reaching to 2.00,it does not change with treating time, and the equivalent circle diameter of the bubbles is 36.1 - 49.9μm, the micro air floatation effect is produced,which is beneficial to the rapid separation of the flocs.
