组合调整剂在细粒级尾矿铜硫分离中的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 某有色金属选矿厂进行尾矿资源综合回收利用,回收选钼尾矿中的黄铜矿,入选矿石属高硫低铜微细粒级硫化矿且受浮选药剂污染严重,铜硫分离难,选矿指标差。通过试验研究发现亚硫酸钠与石灰按一定量配比的组合调整剂能够有效解决上述问题。组合调整剂替代单一石灰调整剂后,铜精矿工业生产品位提高了5. 16个百分点,回收率提高了18. 55个百分点。 Resources are comprehensively utilized from molybdenum tailings in a nonferrous metal dressing plant.The ore which was chosen is high sulfur,low copper,micro-fine grain grade sulfide ore. Meanwhile,the ore has been polluted by harmful chemicals,the separation of copper and sulfur was difficult,and the ore dressing indexes were poor. Through the experimental research,we found that the combination of sodium sulfite and lime according to a certain amount could effectively solve the above problems. A single lime modifier was replaced by the combined regulators. The industrial grade of copper concentrates increased by 5. 16 percentage points,and the recovery rate increased by 18. 55 percentage points.
