阿普唑仑联合米氮平治疗失眠症的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Alprazolam Combined with Mirtazapine in Treatment of Insomnia

目的:探讨阿普唑仑联合米氮平治疗失眠症的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性选取2016年8月至2017年10月宜春市第三人民医院收治的失眠症患者224例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组120例和对照组104例。对照组患者给予阿普唑仑片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加服米氮平。观察两组患者的临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠指数及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%(112/120),明显高于对照组的82.69%(86/104),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、4及8周后,两组患者匹兹堡睡眠指数持续降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为50.00%(60/120)、48.07%(50/104),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿普唑仑联合米氮平用于失眠症患者,能有效地改善其睡眠质量,临床疗效较好。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy and safety of Alprazolam tablets combined with mirtazapine in treatment of insomnia. METHODS： 224 patients with insomnia admitted into the Third People＇s Hospital of Yichun from Aug. 2016 to Oct. 2017 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group（120 cases） and control group（104 cases） according to different therapies. The control group was treated with Alprazolam tablets, while the observation group was given Alprazolam tablets combined with mirtazapine. The clinical efficacy, Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%（112/120）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（82.69%, 86/104）, with statistically significant difference（P0.05）; at 2, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment, the PSQI of both groups were continuously decreasing, and that of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference（P0.05）; the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 50.00%（60/120） and 48.07%（50/104）, the difference had no statistical significance（P0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： The combination of Alprazolam tablets with mirtazapine can effectively improve sleep quality of insomniacs, with remarkable efficacy.
