甲硝唑片联合维生素E胶囊外用治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Metronidazole Tablets Combined with Vitamin E Capsule for External Use in Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的:探讨甲硝唑片联合维生素E胶囊外用治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年12月至2017年12月随州市中医医院收治的老年性阴道炎患者70例,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者单纯给予甲硝唑片外用治疗,观察组患者给予甲硝唑片联合维生素E胶囊外用治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为94.29%(33/35),明显高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组患者的复发率为2.86%(1/35),明显低于对照组的20.00%(7/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲硝唑片联合维生素E胶囊外用治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效显著,可有效降低复发率。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of Metronidazole tablets combined with Vitamin E capsule for external use in treatment of senile vaginitis. METHODS： 70 patients with senile vaginitis admitted into Suizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Dec. 2016 to Dec. 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via random number table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given Metronidazole tablets for external use, while the observation group was given Metronidazole tablets combined with Vitamin E capsule for external use. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rates of two groups were compared. RESULTS： After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 94.29%（33/35）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（71.43%, 25/35）, with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. In 3-month follow-up, the recurrence rate of observation group was 2.86%（1/35）, which was significantly lower than that of the control group（20.00%, 7/35）, with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Metronidazole tablets combined with vitamin E capsule for external use in treatment of senile vaginitis is remarkable, which can effectively reduce recurrence rate.
