血液透析联合阿托伐他汀治疗终末期肾病的疗效及对炎性因子水平的影响

Efficacy of Hemodialysis Combined with Atorvastatin in Treatment of End-Stage Renal Disease and its Effects on Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨血液透析联合阿托伐他汀治疗终末期肾病的疗效及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年12月湖北省谷城县人民医院收治的终末期肾病患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患者给予血液透析维持治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂水平、营养指标和炎性因子水平的差异。结果:治疗后,观察组患者三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者白蛋白水平明显低于对照组,前白蛋白、血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者白细胞介素6、高敏C反应蛋白水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析联合阿托伐他汀治疗可有效改善终末期肾病患者的血脂水平和营养状态,减轻炎症反应。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of hemodialysis combined with atorvastatin in treatment of end-stage renal disease and its effects on inflammatory factors. METHODS： 92 patients with end-stage renal disease admitted into Hubei Gucheng County People＇s Hospital from Jan. 2017 to Dec. 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via random number table, with 46 cases in each. The control group was treated with hemodialysis, while the observation group was given hemodialysis combined with atorvastatin. Differences in blood lipid levels, nutritional indices and inflammatory factors levels between two groups were compared. RESULTS： After treatment, the levels of triacylglycerol, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterin of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the high density lipoprotein cholesterin level of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences（P0.05）; the albumin level of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significantly high prealbumin and hemoglobin levels, with statistically significant differences（P0.05）; the interleukin-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences（P0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： The combination of hemodialysis with atorvastatin can effectively improve blood lipid level and nutritional status of patients with end-stage renal disease, and relieve inflammatory reaction.
