摘要
针对锦州矿山机器(集团)有限公司的新型JKM主轴装置,运用ANSYSWorkbench软件对其进行了模态分析,并取其前六阶模态,对其固有频率,振型等模态特性进行了探讨,总结了新型JKM系列主轴装置的振动特点,并根据其结构的固有频率对提升机的电机选型及振动控制提出相应意见以避免共振,同时分析结果也将为结构的进一步优化提供参考。
The new JKM main shaft designed by Jinzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd considered, the software of ANSYSWorkbench was used to analyze its model and the first six-order modals have been obtained. Its modal character about natural frequency and modal shape are discussed and the vibrate character of the new series JKM main shaft is concluded. According to the natural frequency some advices was given about selecting the fit motor and controlling its vibration to avoid resonance, and the result will give the references to the structure optimization at the same time.
