发电机定子是大型发电站机组的核心设备,其吊装就位历来是电站工程建设中的关键工序。结合工程实例介绍了发电机定子的各种吊装工艺,首先介绍行业内的主流吊装工艺,其次介绍了中国能源建设集团江苏省电力建设第一工程有限公司自主研发的专用吊装架进行定子吊装的工艺,最后介绍了新型吊装设备——液压门式起重机在发电机定子吊装工艺中的应用,并从安全性和经济性两方面对各工艺进行了简要说明。

The generator stator is the core equipment of large-scale power plant units,how to hoist and install in position has always been a key process during the power plant construction period. This article introduces various types of hoisting technologies based on some engineering project cases. Firstly,it mainly introduces the mainstream of hoisting technology in the industry; the second part describes the usage of dedicated hoisting bracket technology independent researched by China Energy Engineering Company Jiangsu No. 1 Electric Power Construction Co.,Ltd. in hoisting process; Finally,it elaborates the application of the new hoisting equipment——hydraulic gantry crane of the generator stator hoisting processes from the safe and economic aspects.
