摘要
为了研究民用飞机重心调节系统液体晃动行为对飞机操稳特性的影响,提出了以VOF法模拟罐内液体晃动的方法,通过有限元软件ANSYS模拟了不同充液比下防晃隔板对晃动的抑制情况。结果表明,防晃隔板与液面位置相同时防晃效果最明显。根据模拟结果设计了一种新的防晃隔板布置方式,有效降低了民用飞机重心调节系统中液体晃动对飞机操稳特性的影响。
In order to simulate the effect of liquid sloshing on the airplane,this paper presents a method to simulate the liquid shaking in the tank by VOF method,and uses Ansys FEA software to simulate the different liquidfilled ratio under the anti-rocking baffle for the inhibition of shaking. The analysis shows that the anti-rocking effect is most pronounced when the liquid level is near the anti-rocking baffle. Based on the simulation results,it designs a new kind of anti-rocking baffle to reduce the influence of liquid sloshing in the gravity center adjustment system.
