小黑药几点形态学特性的观察

Observation on Some Morphological Characteristics of Sanicula Astrantiifolia

采用显微拍照和3D合成,对新鲜小黑药进行部分形态学观察,获得叶柄颜色、叶柄维管束排列和通气道、叶缘短刺毛形态、叶脉附属物、表皮细胞切向壁外凸等叶的8点新性状;伞梗维管束环状排列、伞辐有沟脊、萼齿顶端常喙状2裂等花和花序的9点新性状;分果形态、果实的果皮与种皮不易分离等2点新形状;这些新性状补充了已有文献对小黑药的形态描述,可作为小黑药物种鉴定的依据。

Morphological observation of Sanicula astrantiifolia can help to recognize the speciescorrectly through the aboveground morphology, and provide the basis for the development,utilization and protection of the species. Samples of fresh materials were taken and synthesized for3D to observe the morphology of the root. The color of petiole, the arrangement of vascular bundleof petiole, the shape of short spiny hairs in leaf margin, the leaf vein appendages, and thetangential wall protruding of epidermal cells, new characters of flowers and inflorescences, such asannular arrangement of vascular bundles, calyx teeth, and calyx teeth were obtained. Besides, thefruit shape was obtained, and the fruit peel and seed coat were not easily separated from eachother. Using fresh materials, we can obtain some new characters which cannot be obtained fromprevious dry specimen materials. The combination of the above traits and other known characterscan be used as the basis for the identification of Szechwan-Yunnan sanicle root.
