基于R语言的《生物统计学》课程教学改革初探

A preliminary Study on the Teaching Reform of Biostatistics Based on R Language

《生物统计学》是生物学及相关专业的主干课程,对于提高学生的培养质量具有重要意义;为提高该课程的教学质量,将R语言与传统的《生物统计学》教学相结合,在教学内容、教学方式及考核方式三方面进行教学改革,旨在提高学生统计实践能力,满足大数据时代对数据分析人才的需求。

Biostatistics is the main course of biology and related majors, which is of greatsignificance to improve the quality of students’training. In order to improve the teaching qualityof the course, combining the R language with the traditional Biostatistics teaching, the teachingreform is carried out in three aspects： the teaching content, the teaching method and theexamination method. The purpose of this paper is to improve the students’statistical practiceability and to meet the needs of data analysis talents in the era of big data.
