硕士研究生对导师的满意度研究:基于因子分析方法 被引量:5

摘要 硕士研究生对导师的满意度可以直观反映硕士研究生对导师的评价水平,反映硕士研究生的教育现状。采用因子分析法对J省部分高校的调研数据分析结果显示,硕士研究生对导师的总体满意度较高,得分为71.61。从两个主因子的得分来看,导师综合素质因子得分较师生交流互动因子得分更高,意味着提高师生交流互动因子的满意度,更有利于提升硕士研究生对导师的总体满意度。因此,应该要提高导师对硕士研究生的学术指导水平,增加师生间的互动交流时间;提供科研平台,为研究生创造更多训练机会;增加导师对硕士研究生的关怀,建立良好的师生关系;推进师资队伍建设,完善导师评价机制。 The satisfaction of graduate students on tutors can directly reflect the graduates' evaluation level and the status of postgraduate education. According to the survey data of some universities in J Province by factor analytical method, the overall satisfaction of the graduate students on the tutor is great, with a score of 71.61. Judging from the scores of the two main factors, the score of comprehensive quality factor of the tutor is higher than that of the teacher-student interaction factor, which means that the improvement of the satisfaction of the teacher-student interaction factor is more conducive to improving the overall satisfaction with tutor. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the academic guidance level of the tutors to graduate students, increase the interaction time between teachers and students, provide scientific research platforms to create more training opportunities for graduate students, promote the tutor's care for graduate students to establish a good teacher-student relationship, and enhance the construction of the teaching staff and improve the evaluation mechanism of the tutors.
