光伏玻璃成分设计中的光谱特性与铁含量控制标准探讨 被引量:4

摘要 光伏玻璃是用于光伏发电组件的高透过率玻璃,为了提高光电转换效率,需要尽可能提高此玻璃的透过率。晶硅电池半导体层的吸收范围集中在380~1 100 nm,从可见光范围扩展到了近红外波段,因此在进行相应的成分设计时,必须考虑着色剂对其光谱特性尤其是近红外波段的影响。本文主要探讨如何满足JC/T 2001-2009《太阳电池用玻璃》标准中的透过率要求以及该标准中Fe2O3含量要求的合理性,并给出通过优化玻璃组成、降低玻璃折射率、减少玻璃反射率、以提高透过率和放宽Fe2O3含量控制,从而降低成本的方法。 Photo-voltaic glass is a kind of high transmittance glass used for photovoltaic modules. In order to improve the efficiency of photoelectric conversion, it is necessary to improve the transmittance of this glass as much as possible. The absorption range of semiconductor layer of silicon cell is between 380 nm and 1 100 nm, which covers full visible light range and extends to near-infrared band. Therefore, the influence of colorants on the spectral characteristics, especially at near-infrared band should be considered when designing the glass composition. This paper mainly discussed how to meet the transmittance requirement of Standard JC/T 2001-2009 “Glass for Solar Cell module” and the rationality of the requirement of Fe 2O 3 content in the Standard, and also presented the proposal to reduce the cost by reducing the glass refractive index and reducing the glass reflectivity to improve the transmittance and relax the Fe 2O 3 content control.
