摘要
以"油品质量风险识别与管控行动学习项目"为例,阐述了行动学习在问题导向型专业技术培训的实践和发展,突出紧密结合业务选好题,做好系统设计和规划,争取相关方的资源支持,发挥好引导作用,落实行动方案,做实培训实施和学用转化,彰显行动学习的培训实效。
Taking the “Action Learning Project for Oil Quality Risk Identifcation and Control” as an example, this paper expounds the practice and development of action learning in problem-oriented professional and technical training, stresses the close combination of business topics, does well system design and planning, strives for the resources support of relevant parties, and implements the action plan for practical training and learning transformation, which highlight the effectiveness of action learning.
