On Effective Theory-learning of Party Members in the New Media Environment

新媒体环境下党员的理论学习,要做到自主有效,须从理解学习、深度学习和关注意义的学习的角度进行。针对当前党员理论学习的浅层性和被动式接受的现状,提出党员的有效自主学习需要对相关知识进行提炼,在实际的情境中形成迁移,并要积极参与到情景体验的学习中来;需要以理解为目标进行学习,掌握深度学习的方法,重视理论意义产生的环境。

In the new media environment, the theory learning of Party members should be independent and effective, which can be achieved by thorough understanding as well as deep and meaningful learning. Eying the current superficial and passive acceptance of Party members’ theoretical learning, it is necessary to extract the relevant knowledge from effective independent learning, to achieve leaning transfer in actual scenarios, and to participate actively in situational learning. At the same time, Party members should learn with the aim of understanding, grasp the method of deep learning, and focus on the environment in which the theory takes on substance.
