摘要
员工帮助计划(Employee Assistance Program,简称EAP)是企业为员工提供的一套系统的、长期的心理援助与福利项目。本文结合天津石化EAP基地建设目标和内容以及EAP知识的普及等工作,阐明了企业开展EAP工作的必要性,对EAP工作在企业的开展进行初步研究,并对进一步深化和推进进行了思考。
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a systematic and long-term psychological Assistance and welfare program provided by enterprises for employees. This paper expounds the necessity of carrying out EAP work for enterprises, conducts preliminary research on EAP work in enterprises, and ponders on further deepening and advancing.
