烟气脱硫废水处理技术前沿研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 综述了烟气脱硫废水的产生原因与危害、分析了脱硫废水资源回用的可行性与困难,比较与评述了国内外烟气脱硫废水处理方法的工艺、原理及效果,指出了脱硫废水处理技术的发展新方向。当前各项技术都能使脱硫废水达标排放,但各工艺侧重点不同,经济投入相差较大,且后续环境问题各有不同。通过综合经济技术对比分析发现,电驱动膜法在当前最具潜力,能真正实现脱硫废水的资源化利用,达到近"零"排放,且具有运行成本低的优点,工业应用虽未形成规模,但前景广阔。 The causes and hazards of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) wastewater were summarized, and the feasibility and difficulties of reusing FGD wastewater were analyzed in this paper. The techniques, principle and effect of FGD wastewater treatment methods both at home and abroad were also compared and discussed. The future development of FGD wastewater treatment techniques were pointed out. At present, with all of these techniques, FGD wastewater can meet the discharge standard, but the techniques are different in mechanical focuses, economic investments and environmental problems. Based on the comprehensive economic and technical analysis, the electric driven membrane method is considered as the technique with highest potential, as it can realize the resource utilization and achieve nearly "zero discharge" of FGD wastewater with the advantage of low operating cost. Although the industrial application of electric driven membrane method still hasn' t been scaled up, it has a broad prospect.
