对接受保守治疗的胆石症急性发作期患者进行舒适护理的效果评价

Effect of comfortable nursing for the patients with cholelithiasis in acute stage of attack received conservative treatment

目的 :探究对接受保守治疗的胆石症急性发作期患者进行舒适护理的临床效果。方法 :选择大竹县中医医院收治的90例胆石症急性发作期患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为比较组与讨论组。对两组患者均进行保守治疗。在此期间,对比较组患者进行常规护理,对讨论组患者进行舒适护理,然后比较两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、中重度疼痛的发生率及对护理服务的满意情况。结果 :接受护理后,讨论组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分与中重度疼痛的发生率均低于比较组患者,其对护理服务的总满意率高于比较组患者,P <0.05。结论 :对接受保守治疗的胆石症急性发作期患者进行舒适护理可显著改善其负性情绪,减轻其疼痛症状,提高其对护理服务的满意率。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing for patients with acute gallstone syndrome receiving conservative treatment. Methods： a total of 90 cases of cholelithiasis were selected as the study object. These patients were randomly divided into a comparison group and a discussion group. Both groups were treated conservatively. During this period, patients in the comparison group were given routine nursing care, and patients in the discussion group were given comfortable nursing care. Then, SAS scores, SDS scores, incidence of moderate and severe pain and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups. Results： after nursing care, the incidence of SAS, SDS and moderate and severe pain in patients in the discussion group was lower than that of the comparison group, and the overall satisfaction rate of the nursing service was higher than that of the comparison group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： comfort nursing can significantly improve negative emotion, alleviate pain symptom and satisfaction rate of patients with acute cholecystosis who received conservative treatment.
