对进行胸腔镜下小切口心脏手术的患者实施循证护理对其发生术后并发症的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨对进行胸腔镜下小切口心脏手术的患者实施循证护理对其术后并发症发生率的影响。方法 :选取2012年7月至2017年12月期间皖南医学院弋矶山医院收治的39例心脏疾病患者作为研究对象。将这些患者分为对照组(n=19)和观察组(n=20)。在围手术期,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行循证护理。然后比较两组患者接受治护的效果。结果 :治护后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者对护理的满意度评分较高(P <0.05),其住院的时间较短(P <0.05),其术后并发症的发生率较低(P <0.05)。结论 :对进行胸腔镜下小切口心脏手术的患者实施循证护理,可有效地降低其术后并发症的发生率。
