改良Miccoli手术与传统甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性疾病的效果比较

Comparison of Modified Miccoli and Traditional Thyroid Surgery for Benign Thyroid Diseases

目的探讨改良Miccoli手术与传统甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性疾病的效果。方法选取我院(2014年1月至2018年1月)收治的甲状腺良性疾病患者100例为研究对象,根据不同手术治疗方式分为两组,观察组(n=50)采用改良Miccoli手术治疗,对照组(n=50)采用传统甲状腺手术治疗,对比两组患者手术相关指标和术后并发症发生率以及切口满意度。结果观察组患者切口长度、手术时间、术后引流时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显低于对照组,颈部活动恢复时间明显快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率12.00%/14.00%对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者切口满意度98.00%/70.00%对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良Miccoli手术治疗甲状腺良性疾病相对于传统甲状腺手术效果更好,更具美观性,且安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Miccoli operation and traditional thyroidectomy in the treatment of benign thyroid diseases.Methods 100 cases of benign thyroid diseases treated in our hospital （January 2014-January 2018） were selected as the subjects and divided into two groupsaccording to the different surgical treatment methods. The observation group （n=50） was treated with improved Miccoli operation, and the control group（n=50） was treated with traditional thyroid surgery, and the operation related indexes of the two groups were compared. And postoperative complicationsand incision satisfaction. Results The length of incision, the time of operation, the time of drainage and the time of hospitalization were significantly shorterin the observation group than in the control group. The amount of bleeding during the operation was significantly lower than that of the control group, andthe recovery time of the neck activity was significantly faster than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. There wasno significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups （12.00%/14.00%）. There was no significant differencebetween the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Two groups of patients with incision satisfaction 98.00%/70.00% contrast difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The modified Miccoli operation is better than the traditional thyroid surgery in the treatment of benign thyroid diseases. It is more beautiful andsafe. It is worthy of clinical application.[
