超声在痛风性关节炎中的临床意义分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨超声在痛风性关节炎(GA)中的临床意义。方法抽取我院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的100例关节炎患者为研究对象,按照是否属于GA分为对照组(非GA组)和观察组(GA组),每组50例。两组患者均行肌肉骨骼超声检查,对比超声表现。结果对照组61个关节受累,观察组58个关节受累,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);比较两组出现骨侵蚀、腱鞘炎概率,差异明显,有统计学意义(P <0.05),骨化、骨囊炎和骨膜增厚等症状,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论超声检查应用于痛风性关节炎临床诊断,准确性高,值得推广应用。
