腹腔镜手术对肥胖型子宫内膜癌患者手术情况及术后切口脂肪液化的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察肥胖型子宫内膜癌患者应用腹腔镜术式对手术相关指标及术后切口脂肪液化的影响.方法选择2016年1月至2017年12月本院收治的70例肥胖型子宫内膜癌患者,采用随机数表法分为2组,每组35例.观察组予以腹腔镜手术,对照组行开腹手术,比较两组手术情况、并发症.结果观察组出血量(209.83±88.72)ml低于对照组的(404.23±191.25)ml,术后排气时间(2.21±1.18)d、住院时间(13.28±4.43)d短于对照组的(3.09±1.42)d、(18.76±6.12)d,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组切口脂肪液化发生率0%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论针对肥胖型子宫内膜癌患者,应用腹腔镜手术可减少出血量,缩短排气时间,减少切口脂肪液化,加快术后康复. Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic operation on surgical parameters and postoperative fat liquefaction of incision in obese patients with endometrial carcinoma. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 70 obese patients with endometrial carcinoma in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. Laparoscopy was performed in the observation group and open surgery was performed in the control group. The operative condition and complications were compared the two groups. Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [(209.83±88.72)ml vs. (404.23±191.25)ml], the postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group [(2.21±1.18)d vs. (3.09±1.42)d, (13.28±4.43)d vs. (18.76±6.12)d] (P〈0.05), and the incidence of incision fat liquefaction in the observation group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group (0% vs.20.00%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery can reduce bleeding, exhaust time, incision fat liquefaction, and accelerate postoperative recovery for obese patients with endometrial carcinoma.
