以家庭为中心的健康教育对慢性前列腺炎患者自我效能的影响

Effect of family-centered health education on self-effcacy of patients with chronic prostatitis

目的探讨以家庭为中心的健康宣教对慢性前列腺炎患者疾病健康知识掌握情况和自我效能水平的影响.方法选取2017年5月至12月慢性前列腺炎患者118例,随机分为两组,各59例.实验组接受以家庭为中心的健康教育,对照组给予常规社区宣教,干预时间均为半年.采用自制的疾病健康知识掌握情况调查表和慢性前列腺炎自我效能量表,调查两组患者健康知识掌握程度和自我效能水平.结果干预前,两组慢性前列腺炎患者健康知识掌握情况和自我效能水平比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预后,实验组健康知识掌握情况较多为66.10%（39/59）优于对照组16.95%（10/59）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预后,实验组自我效能总分为（38.51±8.99）分,显著优于对照组（29.08±7.78）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论以家庭为中心的健康教育有利于促进慢性前列腺炎患者掌握疾病健康知识,提高自我效能水平.

Objective To investigate the infuence of health education on health knowledge of disease-related and self-effcacy in patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods 118 cases of chronic prostatitis from May to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups with 59 cases in each group. The experimental group received family-centered health education, while the control group was given routine community education, with the intervention time of half a year. Self-efficacy scale and disease-related health knowledge scale were used to investigate the self-effcacy and the mastery of health knowledge of the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there were no statistically signifcant differences in the mastery degree of health knowledge and the level of self-effcacy between the two groups of patients with chronic prostatitis （P〉0.05）. After the intervention, the rate of the more mastery of health knowledge in the experimental group was better than that in the control group [66.10% （39/59） vs. 16.95% （10/59）], and the total score of self-effcacy in the experimental group was better than that in the control group [（38.51±8.99） vs.（29.08±7.78）], with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family-centered health education is benefcial to patients with chronic prostatitis to master the knowledge of the disease and improve the level of self-effcacy.
