围绝经期2型糖尿病动机性访谈干预效果的评价

Evaluation of motivational interviewing intervention in perimenopausal women with type 2 diabetes

目的评价动机性访谈对围绝经期2型糖尿病患者的干预效果,为围绝经期2型糖尿病的干预治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2016年7月-2017年7月在广州市增城区永宁街永和社区卫生服务中心建立健康档案的130例围绝经期2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各65例。对照组接受分级分层管理模式,观察组接受分级分层管理和动机性访谈干预,两组均实施12个月的干预。干预前后检测并比较两组空腹血糖(FPG),餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)水平,并评估自我效能和生存质量。结果干预后,两组患者FPG水平、2hPG水平、Hb A1C水平、血糖达标率、自我效能评分及生存质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论动机性访谈能有效提高糖尿病患者的自我效能,改善血糖控制效果和生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of motivational interviewing on self-efficacy and clinical value in postmenpausal women with T2DM. Methods Totally 130 perimenopausal women with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group （ n = 65 ） received Hierarchical management, while the patients in the intervention group （ n = 65 ） received hierarchical man- agement and motivational interviewing intervention. The levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbAI c, self efficacy and quality of life were measured before intervention and 12 months after intervention. Results The levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc in intervention group were lower than those in control group after intervention. While the controlling status of blood sugar in intervention group were better those in control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P〈0. 05 ） . The improvement of self-care behavior and quality of life were much more significant in intervention group （P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Motivational interviewing could improve self-management ability, glycemic control and quality of life in postmenpausal women with type 2 diabetes.
