摘要
研究采用化学方法将三甲氧基硅烷甲酸作为功能型改性试剂制备羟基改性丙烯酸树脂.考察了改性树脂酯化工艺和乳化工艺操作条件对树脂涂膜性能的影响,确定了适宜的操作条件:酯化温度90℃、水与有机相比例1.5∶1、黏度在2100之下时,此时可得到稳定体系的羟基改性丙烯酸树脂乳液,其涂膜耐高低温性、耐候性、耐溶剂、附着力等性能比改性前有显著提升.
In this paper, trimethoxysilane acetic acid is used as functional modification reagent to prepare hydroxyl- modified resin by chemical method. The effects of the modified resin esterification process and the emulsification process operating conditions on the performance of the resin coating film are examined, and the suitable emulsification operating conditions are obtained : the esterification temperature is 90℃, the ratio of water to organics is 1.5 : 1, and the viscosity is controlled under 2100. A stable hydroxyl-modified acrylic is obtained under this conditions. The properties of the modified emulsion coating such as high temperature resistance, weather resistance, solvent resistance, and adhesion are significantly improved than the without modified emulsion.
