摘要
选用有机相变材料对阳光蔬菜大棚进行了蓄热调温试验研究,蓄热材料相变温度19℃,相变潜热140 KJ/kg.建设相同条件的实验大棚和对照大棚,采用多点温度测试分别测量实验棚温度、对照棚温度和环境温度,以冬季月份测试数据进行实验分析.实验结果显示,冬季实验棚日平均温度高于对照棚1.7~2.6℃,高于环境日平均温度3.2~5.2℃;由此可以看出,实验棚采用有机相变材料蓄热调温效果明显,更有利于冬季蔬菜的生长.
In this paper, organic phase change materials were used to study the heat storage and temperature regulation of sunlight greenhouses. The phase change temperature of the heat storage materials is 19 ~C and the latent heat of phase change is 140 KJ/kg. The experimental greenhouse and compared greenhouse were built under the same conditions. The multi-point temperature test was used to measure the experimental greenhouse temperature, compared greenhouse temperature and ambient temperature, respectively. Then, the test data in winter months were analyzed. The experimental results show that the average daily temperature in the experimental greenhouse in winter is 1.7-2.6 ℃ higher than that in the compared greenhouse, which is 3.2-5.2 ℃ higher than the average daily temperature in the environment. It can be seen that the effect of heat storage and temperature adjustment of the organic phase change material in the experimental greenhouse is obvious. It is good for the growth of vegetables in winter.
