聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂在屠宰加工废水处理中的应用试验

摘要 采用混凝烧杯试验方法,研究了自制粉煤灰基复合高分子聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂在牛肉屠宰加工废水处理中的应用.经过实验室及现场试验表明,该絮凝剂的理想投加量为300 mg/L,在PAM配加1 mg/L时,CODcr去除率46.2%,SS去除率57%,氨氮去除率32.4%,总磷去除率66.2%.与等量聚合氯化铝相比,吨水可节约药剂费用0.34元. This paper studies the application on self-made pulverized coal ash of composite polysilicate aluminum iron flocculant in the treatment of beef slaughter house in waste water. Laboratory and field tests show that, the ideal dosage of the flocculant is 300 mg/L and when the PAM is added with 1 mg/L, the CODcr removal rate is 46.2%, SS removal rate is 57%, ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 32.4% and total phosphorus removal rate is 66.2%. We compare with the equal amount of polymerized aluminum chloride, per ton of water can save 0.34 yuan in pharmaceutical costs.
