摘要
目的探讨赖氨酰氧化酶样蛋白2(LOXL2)在卵巢上皮性癌组织中表达及意义。方法选取2011-02~2013-02在我院择期行手术治疗的71例卵巢癌患者组织标本,同期,选取因卵巢良性肿瘤行手术治疗的正常卵巢组织35例作为对照组,免疫组化法检测卵巢癌患者和对照组组织标本中LOXL2蛋白表达,所有患者术后随访,末次随访日期2018年2月28日,失访3例,生存分析采用Kaplan-Meier法和Log-Rank法,多因素分析采用Cox比例风险回归模型。结果卵巢癌组织中LOXL2蛋白阳性表达率为78. 87%,对照组组织中则为28. 57%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=25. 246,P <0. 001);卵巢癌组织中LOXL2蛋白表达在不同FIGO分期、不同分化程度、有无淋巴结转移和有无腹水间差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); Kaplan-Meier生存分析结果显示,LOXL2蛋白阳性表达组患者平均生存时间(41. 42±4. 56)个月,而阴性表达组则为(72. 56±5. 99)个月,Log-Rank检验差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6. 945,P=0. 008); Cox比例风险回归模型结果显示,FIGO分期、淋巴结转移和LOXL2蛋白表达是影响卵巢癌患者预后的风险因素(P <0. 05)。结论卵巢癌组织中LOXL2蛋白表达升高,可作为评估患者预后的潜在指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of lysyl oxidase-like protein 2 ( LOXL2 ) in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 71 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer undergoing elective surgery were selected in our hospital from February2011 to February2013. In the same period, 35 eases of normal ovarian tissues from benign ovarian tumors were selected as control group. The expression of LOXL2 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer and control tissues was detected by imnmnohistoehenlistry. All patients were followed up. Last follow-up date was February 28,2018. Three eases were lost. Kaplan-Meier and Log-Rank methods were used for survival analysis, and Cox proportional hazards regression model was used for nmltivariate analysis. Results The posi- tive expression rate of LOXL2 protein was 78.87% in ovarian cancer group and 28.57% in control group (χ^2= 25. 246, P 〈 0. 001 ). The expression of LOXL2 protein in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly different between different FIGO stages, different degrees of differentiation, the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis and presence or absence of aseites(P 〈 0. 05). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the average survival time of patients was (41.42 ± 4.56)months in LOXL2 protein positive expression group, and (72. 56 ± 5.99)months in negative expression group, and the Log-Rank test showed that the difference was statistically signifieant(χ^2 = 6. 945,P = 0. 008). Cox proportional hazards regression model showed that FIGO stage, lymph node metastasis and the expression of LOXL2 protein were risk factors for the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer( P 〈 0.05 ). Conlusion The expression of LOXL2 protein in ovarian cancer tissue is increased, and it can be used as a potential indicator to assess the prognosis of patients.
