磁共振DFSE序列在髋关节撞击综合征关节软骨退变早期的应用价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的评价MR快速自旋双回波(DFSE)序列在髋关节撞击综合征早期诊断的应用价值。方法 32例临床诊断为FAI的患者同时行髋关节常规序列(FS-T2WI)和DFSE序列扫描。两名高年资影像学医师对MR图像质量及检查结果进行评价。结果 FS-T2WI发现FAI软骨损伤8例,其中I级0例,Ⅱ级1例,Ⅲ级7例,阳性率为25. 0%。DFSE序列发现FAI软骨损伤20例,其中I级4例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级8例,阳性率为62. 5%。DFSE序列检出FAI的阳性率明显高于FS-T2WI序列(P <0. 01)。结论 MR-DFSE序列在髋关节撞击综合征软骨退变早期具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the application of MR double fast spin echo (DFSE) sequence in early diagnosis of femomaeetabular impingement(FAI). Methods Thirtytwo patients with clinically diagnosed FAI underwent routine( FS - T2WI) and DFSE sequence scans sinmltaneously. Two senior radiology physicians evaluated the MR image quality and results. Results Eight eases of FAI cartilage injury were found in MR routine sequence, including 1 ease of grade Ⅱ and 7 eases of grade Ⅲ, and the positive rate was 25.0%. MR - DFSE sequence revealed 20 eases of FAI cartilage injury, including 4 eases of grade Ⅰ , 8 eases of gradeⅡand 8 cases of grade Ⅲ, and the positive rate was 62. 5%. The positive rate of FAI by DFSE sequence was significantly higher than that of FS - T2WI sequence ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion MR - DFSE sequence has a higher value in evaluating the early stage of cartilage degeneration in FAI.
