重庆市硫酸法钛白粉项目职业病危害防护设施评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of protective facilities against occupational hazards in titanium dioxide project by sulfuric acid method in Chongqing

摘要 目的对硫酸法钛白粉项目存在的职业病危害因素进行检测,对项目设置的职业病防护设施分析,提出合理可行的职业病防护建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,对主要职业病危害因素进行检测,对超标原因进行分析,并对职业病防护设施进行综合评价。结果作业场所噪声共检测89个点,合格率为58.4%,最大值为106.4 dB(A);化学毒物浓度共检测280个点,合格率为94.6%。关键岗位设置有职业病防护设施。结论企业应在原料矿、球磨机房、漂白工段、后处理工段等重点岗位加强局部通风措施,规范清扫制度,对高噪声作业场所采取隔声吸声措施。 [Objective] To detect the occupational hazard factors in titanium dioxide project by sulfuric acid method, analyze the occupational protective facilities, and put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions for occupational disease protection. [Methods ] Occupational health field investigation was used to detect the main occupational hazards, the causes of over standard were analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation of occupational protective facilities was carried out. [Results ] The qualified rate of 89 noise detection points was 58.4%, and the maximum value was 106.4 dB(A). The qualified rate of 280 detection points for chemical toxicants was 94.6%. There were occupational protective facilities at key positions. [Conclusion] Enterprises should strengthen the local ventilation measures in the key positions such as raw material ore, ball mill room, bleaching section and post-processing section, standardize the cleaning system, and take sound insulation and absorption measures in the high noise workplaces.
