陕西省中医医院感染管理专职人员现状及工作稳定性 被引量:6

Current situation and job stability of full-time staff for nosocomial infection management in traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Shaanxi Province

摘要 目的了解陕西省中医医院感染管理专职人员构成情况及工作稳定性现状,探讨影响工作稳定性的原因,为进一步提高中医医院感染管理水平提供参考依据。方法 2017年1月选择陕西省41所二级以上中医医院62名医院感染管理专职人员为研究对象,调查分析其一般情况、职业情况、工作稳定性及其影响因素等。结果中医医院感染管理专职人员以女性为主(88.71%),平均年龄(39.74±9.08)岁,学历以本科为主占53.23%,专业以护理为主占69.35%,从事院感工作平均时间为4.00(2.00~8.25)年,二级和三级中医医院感染管理专职人员在性别、年龄、学历、专业以及从事院感工作时间方面差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。从事院感工作前岗位以护理为主(63.04%),从事院感工作主要原因为领导安排(62.90%)和专业限制(22.58%)。工作稳定性评分为16.48±3.79,其中辞去目前工作的可能性评分为6.00(5.00~7.25),寻找其他工作的动机评分为6.00(5.00~8.00)、获得外部工作的可能性评分为4.00(4.00~6.00),二级和三级中医医院感染管理专职人员工作稳定性评分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。影响医院感染管理专职人员工作稳定性原因的前5位依次为工作压力大(80.65%)、待遇低(54.84%)、领导重视不足(50.00%)、职称晋升困难(38.71%)和专业不对口(25.81%)。结论陕西省中医医院感染管理专职人员结构不合理,但工作稳定性和职业认同感较好,应持续关注院感专职人员的发展变化。 [Objective] To know the composition and job stability of full-time staff for nosocomial infection management in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospital in Shaanxi Province, explore the factors affecting the job instability, and provide reference for improving the infection management in TCM hospital. [Methods] 62 full-time workers for nosocomial infection management in 41 secondary and tertiary TCM hospitals in Shaanxi Province were selected as research object in January 2017. The general situation, occupational status, job stability and its influence factors were investigated and analyzed. [Results] The full-time workers for nosocomial infection management in TCM hospitals were mostly female (88.71%), with the average age of (39.74±9.08) years old. Most of workers had the bachelor's degree (53.23%) and were in nursing specialty (69.35%). The average length of service for nosocomial infection was 4.00 (2.00-8.25) years. The differences in sex, age, education degree, profession and length of service were not statistically significant between workers in secondary and tertiary TCM hospitals ( all P〉0.05). The position before engaging in nosocomial infection management was mainly nursing (63.04%), and the major causes for engaging in nosocornial infection management were leadership arrangement(62.90%) and professional restriction(22.58%). The score of job stability was 16.48±3.79, the score of resignation possibility was [6.00 (5.00-7.25)], the score of motivation for other work was [ 6.00(5.00-8.00)], and the score of possibility of obtaining other work was[4.00 (4.00-6.00)]. There was no statistically significant difference in score of job stability between workers in secondary and tertiary TCM hospitals (P〉0.05). The top five reasons influencing job instability were high work pressure (80.65%), lower remuneration (54.84%), lack of enough attention of leaders (50.00%), the difficulty of title promotion (38.71%) and major matching (25.81%). [Conclusion] The structure of fulltime staff for nosocomial infection management in TCM hospitals in Shaanxi Province is not reasonable, while the job stability and professional self-identity is better. It is necessary to pay continuous attention to the development of full-time staff for nosocomial infection management.
