妊娠期高血压疾病子痫前期对足月新生儿听力的影响

Effect of preeclampsia on the hearing of full-term newborns with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病子痫前期对足月新生儿(胎龄≥37周和<42周)听力的影响及意义。方法将母亲在妊娠期有子痫前期病史的667例新生儿,按子痫前期轻重程度分组,进行听力检查,并与母亲无妊娠期高血压疾病史的足月婴儿进行对比观察。结果在听力异常率比较时,母亲无妊娠期高血压疾病的婴儿异常率1.77‰,母亲有轻度子痫前期史的婴儿异常率12.99‰。母亲有重度子痫前期史的婴儿异常率39.06‰。轻度组与对照组、重度组与对照组、重度组与轻度组比较差异具有统计学意义(分别为χ~2=28.80、81.40、3.98,P均<0.05)。随血压升高,听力损失患儿的异常率增高。结论妊娠期高血压疾病子痫前期的轻重程度对婴儿听力异常率有影响,程度越重听力异常率越高。因此对母亲患有子痫前期的患儿应进行重点听力随访。

OBJECTIVE To explore the influence and significance of preeclampsia in pregnancy-induced hypertension on hearing of full-term newborns（gestational age≥37 weeks and 〈42 weeks）. M ET HODS 667 newborns whose mothers had a history of preeclampsia during pregnancy were divided into groups according to the severity of preeclampsia. Hearing tests were performed and compared with full-term infants whose mothers had no history of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. R E SU LTS The abnormal rate of infants without pregnancy-induced hypertension was 1.77‰, infants with mild preeclampsia was 12.99‰ and the abnormal rate of infants whose mothers had a history of severe preeclampsia was 39.06‰. The difference between mild group and control group, severe group and control group, severe group and mild group arestatistically significant（χ~2=28.80, 81.40, 3.98, P〈0.05）. Astheblood pressure increase, the abnormal rate of hearing in children increase. CONCLUSION The severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension and preeclampsia affect the abnormal rate of hearing in infants. The greaterthe severity, the higher the abnormal rate. Children whose mothers suffer from preeclampsia should be followed up on their hearing.
