功能性消化不良属功能性胃肠病范畴,其本质为"脑肠互动紊乱"。迟莉丽教授基于"脑肠互动紊乱"理论,认为该病病位在胃,涉及心、肝、脾三脏。外感六淫、饮食内伤均可致病,但情志因素为主要诱发因素。基本病机为肝郁脾虚、肝胃不和、心脾失养、心胃不和。治疗上以疏肝理脾、疏肝和胃、健脾养心、宁心和胃为治疗法则,取得了良好的临床疗效。
