目的:总结全国名老中医杨骏教授诊治神经性耳鸣的经验。方法:对杨骏教授治疗神经性耳鸣的辩证思路、穴方思维、药方特色进行总结。结果:杨骏教授熟悉中医及西医理论,执简驭繁的对神经性耳鸣辩证;选取百会和水沟穴二穴调神通窍,以耳周局部的耳五穴为主,配合远端选穴,"从项论治",综合运用针、灸、电针、中药通窍启闭,能有效治疗神经性耳鸣。结论:杨骏教授治疗神经性耳鸣疗效较好,为临床治疗神经性耳鸣提供了宝贵的经验。

Objective： Professor Yang＇ s experience in treating nervous tinnitus is introduced. Methods： Summariz- ing Professor Yang＇ s experience in treating nervous tinnitus about dialectical thinking, acupuncture and moxibustion prescription thinking, Chinese medicine prescription thinking. Results： Professor YANG is familiar with the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, simplifies the syndrome differentiation, adopts Baihui, Shuigou to regulate mentality and free ear orifices, chooses five points in the periotic region mainly, cooperates distal and cervi- cal points, combines with acupuncture and moxibustion, electric acupuncture, Chinese medicine, can effectively treat nervous tinnitus. Conclusion： Professor YANG＇ s experience can effectively treat nervous tinnitus, he provides valuable experience for clinical treatment of the nervous tinnitus and we can learn it.
