IgA肾病是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病。文章总结了王祥生教授从中医六经辨证方面治疗IgA肾病的临床经验。王祥生教授认为IgA肾病属本虚标实之证,治疗应以扶正袪邪为主,以六经辨证为主要治则,坚持辨病和辨证相结合,付之临床,效如桴鼓。

IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerular disease in China.This paper summarizes pro- fessor Wang Xiangsheng＇ s clinical experience in treating IgA nephropathy from Six-channel pattern differentiation in TCM.Professor WANG Xiangsheng thinks that IgA nephropathy belongs to the syndrome of deficiency and excess, and the treatment should be based on strengthening and dispelling evil, Six-channel pattern differentiation as the main principle of treatment, sticking to the combination of Disease differentiation and Syndrome differentiation, the clinical effect is obvious.
