清热化瘀汤联合西药治疗对急性脑出血患者血清NES水平及神经功能的影响

Effect of Qingre Huayu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Serum NES level and Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨清热化瘀汤联合西药治疗对急性脑出血患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NES)水平及神经功能的影响。方法:94例分2组,每组47例。对照组接受西药治疗,观察组接受清热化瘀汤联合西药治疗。对比2组疗效、血清NES水平、神经功能及日常生活能力。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组(70.21%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组NES水平、NIHSS评分均下降,Barthel指数升高,且与对照组相比,观察组上述指标[(14.05±1.54)μg/L、(9.24±2.13)分、(60.16±10.32)分]改善情况佳,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:清热化瘀汤联合西药治疗急性脑出血可提升该病治疗效果,在改善患者临床症状的同时可恢复其神经功能及日常生活能力。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Qingre Huayu decoction combined with western medicine on serum neuron specific enolase （NES） levels and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 94 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received western medicine treatment, and the observation group received Qingre Huayu decoction combined with western medicine. The efficacy of the two groups, serum NES levels, neurological function and daily living ability were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group （93.62%） was higher than that of the control group （70.21%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. After treatment, the NES level and NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased, and the Barthel index increased. Compared with the control group, the above indicators in the observation group [（14.05±1.54）μg/L, （9.24±2.13） points, （60.16±10.32）） The improvement was good and the dif- ference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qingre Huayu decoction combined with western medicine for acute cerebral hemorrhage can improve the therapeutic effect of the disease, and can improve the neurological function and daily living ability while improving the clinical symptoms of patients.
