中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎41例疗效观察

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis in 41 Cases

目的:观察中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:在医院接受治疗的膝骨关节炎患者82例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组接受玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察组在接受玻璃酸钠注射液治疗基础上加用中药熏蒸治疗。对比2组疗效、血清指标、疼痛情况及关节功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组血清IL-lβ、TNF-α、MMP-3水平下降,HSS疼痛评分、HSS功能评分上升,且与对照组相比,观察组上述指标改善情况较优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎可提升该病治疗效果,改善血清指标,缓解患者疼痛,促进其膝关节功能恢复。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treatment of knee osteo- arthritis. Methods 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 41 cases in each group. Control group was given sodium hyaluronate injection, while observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation based on control group. The efficacy, serum indexes, pain and joint function were corn-pared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than 80.49% of control group（P〈0.05）; After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, TNF- α, MMP-3 in two groups decreased, the scores of HSS pain and HSS function increased, and the above-mentioned indexes of observation group were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumiga- tion in treatment of knee osteoarthritis can increase curative effects, improve serum indexes, relieve pain and promote recovery of joint function.
