消瘀接骨散治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiaoyu Jie Gu San in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察消瘀接骨散治疗膝骨性关节炎对患者主要临床症状的影响。方法:随机分为治疗组和对照组,各组分别为30例,治疗组予以消瘀接骨散,对照组予以双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外抹,观察30d后,比较2组治疗前后主要疼痛的积分变化以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者临床总有效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。疼痛积分方面,2组在缓解疼痛方面无明显差别。结论:消瘀接骨散外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎较临床上双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外抹有更好的临床疗效,适合临床应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xiaoyu Jie Gu San on the main clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthri- tis. Methods： the patients who were diagnosed as early osteoarthritis of the knee from January 2017 to February 2018 were divided into the treatment group and the control group from January 2017 to February 2018. The treatment group was divided into 30 cases.
